All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to BG Digital Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
Content produced for clients under a service agreement remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Raw files, editing presets, workflow tools, and system infrastructure developed by BG Digital Solutions remain our property at all times.
When you submit an enquiry through our website, you consent to being contacted by BG Digital Solutions via the contact details you provide. Initial responses to enquiries may be generated or assisted by AI tools. You are under no obligation to proceed with any services following an initial enquiry.
Engaging our services is subject to a separate service agreement or proposal confirmed in writing. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services where payments are outstanding beyond agreed terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BG Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you in connection with any services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
